Shipping Policy

It takes 2–5 business days to make / ship the product(s) you have ordered. More than 50% the time, orders are shipped within 3 business days or less!

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. Depending on the shipping address, average total time for order placed to order delivered would be around 5-10 business days. 

At this time, we only ship our stickers within the US. All other products are shipped directly from our supplier and international shipping is offered! 

Returns Policy

If there’s a problem with your order—like a manufacturing error or a damaged item—we’ll offer a free reprint or a refund. We will require photo evidence of the damaged or defective product, and any problems with a defective or damaged product, a claim must be submitted to us within 36 hours of the order delivery date. To start a claim, you just need to send us an email using the form below! Please make sure to include you order number in the comments section.

Since these products are made to order, we currently do not offer an exchange /  general returns option. Please make sure to double check sizing, colors, and your shipping info before placing your order.  Thank you in advance for your support and understanding!
